Nick acts as a consultant to GreenFort Capital specialising in the areas of procurement, design, construction, project and facilities management.

Nick has extensive experience in the full delivery life cycle from initial planning/feasibility analysis, design and construction, through to the management of ongoing assets (including capital provisioning, improvement, and refurbishment programs).

His career spans 18 years as a delivery specialist across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, where he has worked on major mixed use construction projects including the US$5.4Billion Marina Bay Sands (as Director of Development, Project Management & Design), and as a senior project management consultant to companies such as Microsoft and General Motors.

Nick is a co-founder and Executive Director of Mace TPM, a leading global project management company with full service delivery capabilities across real estate sectors including accommodation, commercial, gaming, and hospitality. Nick is a leader of the Mace TPM business in the Asia Pacific region (including Australia).
