Living and learning

Prior to their roles at GreenFort Capital, the company's partners formulated and executed the 5,000 bed Atira Student Living joint venture with Goldman Sachs to create one of the largest student accommodation platforms in the country. The Atira operating business and real estate platform was sold to Scape in 2019.

 

Since its inception GreenFort Capital has been, and remains an active participant in the accommodation sector. The business has originated, designed and partnered on more than 1,500 student accommodation beds across Australia.
